This spring, GECA Theater invites you to uncover the truth in “Sherlock Holmes and the Presidential Scandal” – a thrilling modern reimagining of the world’s most famous detective story, written and directed by Ollie Jaye.
When a Jack the Ripper copycat emerges, Sherlock Holmes and his brilliant partner, Dr. Jane Watson, quickly find themselves swept into an explosive international conspiracy. The President of the United States is being blackmailed – and the deeper Holmes digs, the more twisted the mystery becomes. From the foggy alleys of London to the power corridors of Washington D.C., a seductive masseuse, a series of compromising photos, and a criminal mastermind known only as “Q” threaten to plunge the world into chaos.
As alliances shift and secrets unravel, Holmes must outwit not only Scotland Yard and the U.S. Secret Service but also confront his personal past with the elusive Irene Adler. Can Holmes uncover the truth in time – or will Q’s deadly game claim one final victory?
