Edi Kelley knows how to win the hearts of Pre-K four-year-olds – bring a pup to class!
Thursday, October 3, she brought Fini who loved the kids as much as they loved her.
Kelley is director of Paws Crossed Rescue in Brewton, a non-profit, no-kill, foster-based rescue serving the Brewton and East Brewton areas.
A.C. Moore Primary School teacher Susan Hartley invited Kelley to her class (and others) because students have been studying pets
Kelley talked to the young students about pet care and safety to include water and food, shelter, vet care, and a family to love.
Kelley said Paws Crossed currently has 103 rescued dogs.
Each child was given a chance to pet Fini if they wanted to.
