The board and administration of Atmore Christian School held a dinner for area pastors Friday evening, June 21, at the school. This was not a fund-raiser, rather an informational dinner to acquaint pastors with the school, especially the school’s primary goal – for their students to know Jesus as their Lord, Savior, and friend.
Though dozens of invitations were extended, only four pastors attended – Doug Frost, True Hope Fellowship Church; Guy Heath, Crosspoint Baptist Church; Charles Johnson, Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church; and Randy Vanlandingham, Shiloh Freewill Baptist Church.
ACS headmaster Justin Halteman welcomed everyone and gave the invocation.
Four young ladies of the school served their guests. Servers were Jenna Kennell, Lizzy Landis, McKenna Nicholas and Jordan Overton.
