Archbishop Thomas Rodi visited St. Robert Catholic Church Sunday, March 10. The visit was two-fold – to celebrate Mass and to honor one of the parishioners, but there was a surprise for him as well.
He celebrated mass with Rev. Gordon Milsted and Rev. Joseph Chacko as co-celebrant Deacon Matt Jakubowski served during the mass.
During the mass Tom Latino was recognized for his 25 years of service to the parish. Bishop Rodi along with Rev. Chacko and Janice LeCocq presented Latino with a plaque.
Parishioners surprised Archbishop Rodi with a plaque and cake in advance of his 75th birthday that will be March 27.
A reception followed in Boland Hall.
