Empowerment Tabernacle in Atmore was one of the primary donors who furnished brand new bicycles for 25 Rachel Patterson Elementary School students just before Christmas. The local church provided $5,000 toward the purchase of 75 bikes, 25 of which were awarded to RPES students, the others to Escambia County Middle School students.
