When Escambia County High School (ECHS) Head Coach and Athletic Director Vincent Harris went looking for a way to replace the poor-quality jerseys his players wore last year, he quickly found one in Gulf Coast Resource Conservation and Development Council. The organization awarded one of its largest grants — $15,000 — to ECHS to help pay for a new set of blue jerseys and a new set of white jerseys.
