Atmore Community Hospital (ACH) announced Monday, June 5, that Hannah Cobb has been named the Operating Room (OR) Nurse Manager for Atmore Community Hospital.
Cobb has been serving as an RN since 2016. In her new role as manager, Cobb will assume the overall management and administrative responsibility for the Surgery Department in addition to working directly with ACH Specialty Care and surgeon Marc Saunders, DO, FACS.
“Hannah has proven to be a critical part of the ACH team and an outstanding nurse,” ACH Administrator Brad Lowery said. “We are fortunate to have nursing staff that want to grow with the organization. Surgical services are something ACH continually works to grow and with Hannah’s leadership in her new role, we feel confident in the future.”
Cobb has been an employee of Atmore Community Hospital since 2016, where she started as an RN on the Med/Surg Floor. During her tenure at ACH, she has worked in Med/Surg, ICU and most recently the OR.
Cobb graduated from Faulkner State University with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 2016. She and her husband of six years, Cameron, have two children, Cooper, 4, and Savannah, 2.
