Christmas was made brighter for 115 kids of varying ages during the Shop With a Copy event at the local Walmart. December 15. Each child was given a voucher for $100 with which to buy scooters, toys, Legos and more. Atmore firefighters and state troopers assisted police with the event, as did “Grinch” and staff of Rachel Patterson Elementary and Escambia County Middle schools.
