Coastal Alabama Adult Education Program recently donated books, games and other unique items to all the pre-k, kindergarten, and first grade students in Escambia County, in honor of National Adult Education and Family Literacy Week.
Shown delivering items at one of the schools are Jonathan Barnes, Career Coach and Ready to Work Instructor, and Sara Stallworth, Adult Education Instructor.
“Thanks to all the principals and staff of each school for allowing us to share in the joy of learning,” Barnes said. “What a pleasure it was to see the smiles and gratitude of the students who received these items.”
