The following arrests, each made by officers of the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office, were listed on the Escambia County Detention Center website. Efforts to ascertain details of each arrest were unsuccessful.

Frequent flyer
An Atmore man, out on bond after his February arrest for drug and weapons violations, was processed into the county jail March 7 on numerous charges.
According to the Escambia County Detention Center website, 25-year-old Lagarick Raheem Black remained behind bars, under $25,000 bond, as midweek approached.
Black, who has a long criminal history, is charged with one count each of possession of a pistol by a violent felon, third-degree domestic violence (harassment), second-degree possession of marijuana, attempting to elude law enforcement and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Attempted murder
The ECDC website shows that another Atmore man was recently charged with attempted murder after he allegedly fired at least one shot into an occupied building.
Jail records indicate that Devante Raekwon Dailey, 24, was arrested March 9 and remained in the county lockup late Monday, March 14, under $250,000 bond on one count each of attempted murder and discharging a firearm into an occupied building.
Attempted murder is a Class A felony; discharging a firearm into an occupied building is a Class B felony.
Exploiting the elderly
A 43-year-old Atmore man remained in the county jail late Monday, March 14, five days after he was arrested and charged with taking financial advantage of an elderly person.
The jail website shows that Anthony Tyrone Williams was arrested March 9 on one count of second-degree financial exploitation of the elderly, a Class C felony.
Williams is being held under a $50,000 bond.
