Wesley Sr. and Dominique Jefferson of Atmore announce the birth of their son, Wesley Owen Jefferson Jr., born New Year’s Day, the first baby for 2022 born at North Baldwin Infirmary in Bay Minette.
Wesley Jr. was born at 8:10 p.m., weighed 7 lbs. 12 oz., and was 21 inches long. Wesley Jr. first cry stole the hearts of his parents, all of his nurses, and Dr. Arthur after a scary delivery. Wesley Jr. is the only child, but he is blessed with a big family on both sides.
Grandparents are Donald and Joann Jefferson and Anthony and Marci Beckham, of Atmore.
Escambia County’s New Year baby, Kynnedi Samiya Grace Travis, born January 4, to Perry Travis and Hannah Smith of Brewton.
