Atmore Nursing Center hosted a Mother’s Day parade Friday, May 7, for staff and residents. There were actually two parades – one for the East Wing residents at 10 a.m., and the West Wing residents at 2 p.m. Individuals and organizations drove by to wish everyone a Happy Mother’s Day.

Friday, May 7, was School Lunch Hero Day, and lunchroom workers across the nation were recognized for the work they do for their schools – preparing healthy meals, adhering to strict standards, and more.
