January earns master’s degree

Taylor Rain “Rainy” January received a Master of Science Degree in Human Factors in Systems Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University on June 5, through virtual event programming. January holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Alabama A&M University, completed in 2016.
She has been a Software Engineer for over five years and currently works in defense electronics in Huntsville, Ala. She was a college intern for Redstone Arsenal Army Base. Also, January is a minority small business owner of TayloRain Technical Services, LLC. She is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
January has a five-year-old daughter, Autumn Rain, who will begin kindergarten in August. January is the daughter of William and Paulette German, and the niece of Bishop Wayne and First Lady Rhonda Johnson of Emmanuel’s Faith Center Church in Atmore. She is the granddaughter of Johnnia German of Perdido and the late Eddie German, as well as the granddaughter of both the late Eddie and Thelma Autrey.
January and her family are members of Emmanuel’s Faith Center Church, with Bishop Wayne Johnson, pastor, and Elder Ledell Johnson, Jr., assistant pastor.
