Andrea Cumbie Boutwell Boutwell Mrs. Andrea Cumbie Boutwell, age 49, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2021 at her home in Flomaton, Ala. She was a native of Fairhope, Ala. and had resided in Flomaton for most of her life.
