The LA Bikers Toyz for Kidz auction is always well attended, always fun and always profitable. PeeWee and Annie Powell and Jody Jeter organize the auction every year, but the profits don’t go to them. They use auction proceeds to buy Christmas gifts for area families. Annie said the auction held last week, Thursday, Oct. 17, was one of the best ever. Numerous volunteers are to be commended for the auction’s success. And, of course, thanks goes to the bidders.
