Breakfast for veterans
Atmore Memorial VFW Auxiliary and Anchor Café teamed up November 10 to provide free breakfast for military veterans, the fifth straight year the auxiliary and restaurant have joined forces to do so. Atmore man sentenced – Jury rejects ‘stand-your-ground’ defense
An Atmore man, who based his defense for killing his brother two years ago on Alabama’s stand-your-ground law, was sentenced last week to serve 25 years in prison.
