The City Wide prayer at Destiny Worship Center continues each Monday from 6 to 7 p.m.   This prayer is for peace, unity and love to return to our City. We are praying against gun violence murder abuse suicide and division. Leaders are praying for one of the listed matters. Everyone is encouraged to come out and unite together! We are committed to change and want to show the enemy that God is still in control. We are better together and together we take back our City!

Ebenezer Lutheran Church will have a Harvest weekend celebration October 14, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be fun, games, food and door prizes. This will lead us into the church’s Annual Harvest Home Service Sunday, October 15, at 3 p.m. Rev. Clarence Martin, pastor of St. Matthew Lutheran Church of Pensacola will bring the message.

New Beginnings Ministry, 11220 Hwy 97 (Piggly Wiggly Shopping Center) will have LaVerne and Edith Tripp in concert Sunday, October 15 at 10 a.m. Lunch will be served after service. For more information call thurl Pearson 251-677-2947.

Bethlehem Dist. Assoc. #2 will convene on Wednesday, October 18 at 9 a.m. and Thursday, October 19 at 8 a.m. at the Baptist Center, Monroeville.  Moderator Danny Benjamin.

Mt Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church will be celebrating their Annual Usher Day Program Sunday, October 22, 2017 at 3 p.m. Pastor Harold Askew and New Pleasant Hill Baptist Church will be their guest. Everyone is invited. Sis Shirley Brown is the chairperson. Rev. Dennis K. Stephens is the pastor.

Trinity Episcopal Church, Atmore, Blessing of Animals originally scheduled for September 30 has been postponed until Monday, October 23 at 5 p.m. Trinity apologizes for any inconvenience.

Calvary Deliverance Temple has a Fellowship meeting every fourth Friday at 6 p.m. to include singing, preaching. All are welcome to attend.

Liberty Church, 200 3rd Ave., is holding a Bible study on the book of Romans Wednesdays at 10 a.m. All are invited.

Trinity Episcopal Church celebrates with either a Holy Eucharist service or Morning Prayer every Sunday at 9 a.m. On fifth Sundays, the Men of Trinity host brunch following the service.

St. Anna’s Episcopal Church celebrates Holy Eucharist on Sunday at 9 a.m., Sunday school at 10:30 a.m., and Compline / Bible Study the second Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.

The congregation of St. Andrews Anglican Church, located on the corner of Pine and Presley streets, invites you to worship with them on 1st, 3rd and 5th Sundays at 10 a.m. The Rev. Thomas E. Raines celebrates the Holy Communion service.
