ECMS participates in Toys for Tots
Escambia County Middle Peer Helpers sponsored Toys for Tots drive from November 12 to December 13. All homerooms were encouraged to participate. The homeroom with the most donations was rewarded a pizza party sponsored by Pastor Darryl North, Toys for Tots District Coordinator. Math skills add up to success for ECMS, RPES students
Students at two local schools have been — literally and figuratively — thinking through their math assignments this year, and their hard work has generated some impressive results. A scheduled meeting turned into a family holiday fun night recently at Escambia County Middle School. Students in the A-STEM program were treated to an ECMS Eagles basketball game. ECMS students participate in bicentennial art competition
All students at Escambia County Middle School were given the opportunity to participate in the State Superintendent’s Visual Arts Exhibit and Bicentennial Celebration. The key element of the art entry is that the artwork must be related to the state of Alabama by person, place, or experience. ECMS had a schoolwide competition on November 2.
