A 15-year-old girl who left a Baldwin County diversion center without permission on March 16 has been located and is now reportedly with family members. Vandals damage depot
Atmore police received a report on March 17 that the train depot building along East Nashville Avenue, Alabama’s official Rail Welcome Center, had been vandalized. Reports indicate that all the windows in the landmark building were broken and that “several railroad rocks” were found inside. Damage is estimated at $600. Police officials urged anyone having information that could help APD solve the case, to call 368-9141.
