Two Tallahassee men were arrested last week in connection with the recent thefts of several vehicles in two states, including one that was taken from an Atmore dealership. According to booking information posted on the Leon County (Fla.) Jail’s website, Jaghee Anderson, 19, and his brother, 20-year-old Derrick Anderson, were arrested January 30. GECA play coming up
The Greater Escambia Council for the Arts is presenting Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs of the Black Forest this month. Sherrie Hursh and her daughter Dana Landis are directing the two casts – both are complete children’s casts, with a total of 36 kids. ages 7 to 18. The 11th Annual Rosa Parks Breakfast celebrated Mrs. Parks’ legacy as the Mother of the Civil Rights Movement, but it was also a celebration of outstanding citizens.
