An Atmore couple remained behind bars this week after being arrested March 9 when their 8-year-old child tested positive for methamphetamine while being treated for a respiratory ailment. An Atmore teen and his mother, both charged with attempted murder in the February 27 shooting of another Atmore teen, have both been released from the county jail on bond.
