BOE approves personnel recommendations
The Escambia County Board of Education approved the following personnel recommendations at the regular meeting Thursday, August 17. Resignation 1. Katherine Gohagin, bus driver, Atmore Bus Shop, effective August 3, 2017. 2. Brandy Baggett, teacher, Rachel Patterson Elementary School, effective August 3, 2017. 3. Byrne to hold Atmore meeting
Congressman Bradley Byrne (R-AL) will hold a town hall meeting in Atmore Tuesday, August 29, 3 p.m., at Atmore City Hall. Already this month, Congressman Byrne has held town hall meetings in Fairhope and Gulf Shores. After the town hall meetings this month, Byrne will have held 94 in-person town hall meetings since being elected to Congress. All of the meetings are open to the public.
