PSC approves credit for APCO customers
Special to Atmore News The typical Alabama Power customer will receive a $25 credit in October, following a decision by the Alabama Public Service Commission (PSC). Commissioners approved the credit Tuesday [August 4] at their monthly meeting. The newly approved credit is on top of a 3 percent rate reduction that customers are already enjoying in 2020. Parents and students are invited to attend Escambia County Middle School’s drive through open house Thursday, August 6, from noon until 2 p.m. Everyone will simply drive around the school and see grade-level instructors welcoming the students for this upcoming school year.
