During the high school football season, the local Pepsi Cola Bottling Company awards $500 college scholarships to seniors in the Pepsi Cola Football Toss. At Friday night’s Escambia County High School game against Wilcox Central, ECHS seniors Josaline Hollinger, left, and Nicholas Davidson, right, went head to head. It was a close contest but Nicholas came out ahead to win the scholarship.
