The members of Liberty Missionary Baptist Church invite all to come help them celebrate their 111th Year Church Anniversary Sunday March 23, at 11 a.m. Their very own Elder Isaac Bradley Sr. will preach the Word of Life.

The theme is “Still Standing.”
Liberty Missionary Baptist Church was organized in April 1914. “Jesus Christ is our Brother and Divine Redeemer, and the Holy Spirit is our teacher Under the Spiritual guidance of the Under Shepherd Pastoral leadership of Mr. John Wheeler.”
The first Church was located on Liberty Street, but closer to the road which is now known as North Main Street and Highway 21. There are many families who are forerunners and pillars of this ministry. The congregation recognizes so many families who dedicated their time, wisdom, and knowledge to continuing the work in the Ministry: Mr. Nathaniel Holt Family, Mr. W.J. Grissett Family, Mr. Jeff Rudolph Sr., Mr. Russell Dorsey, Mr. Jim Wilson, Mr. Callvin Grissett Sr., Mr. Mack Salter Sr., Mr. Eugene McNeil Sr., Mr. Randolph Sill, Mr. Edgar Ankum, the Primm Family, Mr. James Russell, Mr. Herman Wesley, Mr. J.C.
