Lillie Johnson and the Yellow Hat Society are planning a Meet & Greet for Escambia County School Superintendent Dr. Michele Collier, school administrators and coaches, and Board of Education members Monday, July 29, 6 p.m., Atmore City Hall.
While this event is mainly to introduce new school personnel to the community, Johnson does not want to leave anyone out. And she’s hoping community members will come by to meet the new people and get reacquainted with the ones they already know.
“People need to meet the people their children are going to be affiliated with,” she said.
Refreshments will be served.
The public is encouraged to attend. (No one under 18 years of age, please.)
