A number of local folks have been sewing face masks for weeks to help curb the spread of the coronavirus. Bub Gideons and Mandie Thompson have been instrumental in distributing masks where needed. Friday, April 17, they provided masks to members of Atmore Citizens for Change to give away on Carver Avenue as vehicles came by.
