Debra Swartzendruber, owner of Simply Essential, recently earned a certificate as an Aromatherapy Coach, adding yet another technique she uses in guiding others to make informed decisions about their health and supporting them in being their own health advocate.
The World Health Organization defines health as “A state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” Simply Essential’s mission is to educate, empower and guide clients in procedures and practices that might help them achieve their physical, emotional, and spiritual goals.
If you don’t invest in your health now it will cost you later.
