PHD Realty announces 2022 scholarships

For the sixth consecutive year, PHD Realty is pleased to announce the PHD Realty Determination Scholarship for 2022. This year, four $500 scholarships will be awarded to qualifying seniors who plan to attend technical school or college full time in the fall.
To be eligible, students must attend high school in the county of Escambia or Monroe in Alabama or the county of Escambia or Santa Rosa, Florida. The student must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent) and the endorsement of their guidance counselor.
“Our mission is to minimize the burden that comes with the rising cost of education,” said Patty Helton Davis, broker and owner of PHD Realty. “We’ve been so incredibly blessed and we want to continue to share it with the future of our communities.”
Applications may be downloaded at www.phdrealty.com and are due on April 8, 2022 by 5 p.m. CST. They can be delivered or mailed to PHD Realty at 1812 S. Main St. Atmore, AL 36502.
