Coastal Growers hosts D.C. group
Coastal Growers LLC hosted a group of congressional staffers from Washington, D.C. Wednesday, August 18. The staffers represented congressmen and -women from the southeast district. CG President and CEO Dirk Lindsey gave the group an overview of the company, its benefit to growers and the economic impact on the area. Lindsey and other personnel took the group on a tour of the new shelling plant.

Wright receives Legion 65-year pin
American Legion Post 90 recently awarded Jack Wright, at left, an Honorary Membership for Life at the Post and presented his 65-Year Continuous Membership Pin. Jack has, over the years, served in multiple Leadership roles at the Post and is still the chaplain.
