Lisa Darlene Parnell
Mrs.
Lisa Darlene Parnell, age 58, passed away Monday, April 6, 2020 at her home.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and aunt.
She
was preceded in death by her daughter, Heather Lyn Stewart.
Mrs. Parnell is survived by her husband, Thomas Parnell; children, Jenagenifer,
Jamie and Alyson Donald, Joseph Parnell, Christian Perez; mother, Robbie
(Lindsey) Cook; brother, Russell Donald; sister, Linda (Cook) O’Bryan;
grandchildren, Brittanee and Madison Thomas; numerous other relatives and a
multitude of friends.
Funeral services were held Friday, April 10, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Petty- Eastside
Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Eric Jerkins and Sis. Helen Stewart officiating. Burial
followed at Dean Cemetery.
The family received friends Friday, April 10, 2020 from 9:30 a.m. until service
time at 11 a.m. at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Robert McClain, Dee Baldwin, Danny Brooks, Logan Typo, Galvin Brothers,
James “Jr.” McMillian, Michael Walden and Ivory Johnson.

Elsie Marie Albritton Baggett
Mrs. Elsie Marie Albritton Baggett, age 83, of Barnett Crossroads, Ala., passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2020 in Mobile, Ala. She was born to the late James Frank and Mary Jane Barlow Albritton. She was employed with Vanity Fair until retirement.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ernest R. Baggett; and a sister, Lillie May Powell.
Mrs. Baggett is survived by her four daughters, Gail Kitchens Stamps of Barnett Crossroads; Debora Jane Patti of Brewton, Ala.; Teresa Ann (Eddie) Albritton of Grand Bay, Ala.; and Karen Louise (Jimmy) Millikan of Huxford, Ala; twelve grandchildren, Sandra, Shawn, Leslie, Gary, Ashley, Joseph, Kathy, Wendy, Bubba, Jennifer, Michelle and Jeffery; numerous great- grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Wallace Brown
Mr. Wallace Brown, age 86, of Atmore (Nokomis Community), Ala., passed away Friday, April 10, 2020 at Atmore Nursing Center. A native of Uriah, Ala., he lived most of his life in Atmore (Nokomis Community). He worked in construction and was a farmer. He was a member of Mt. Shiloh Baptist Church (Nokomis).
He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer, Sr. and Vera Brown and several of his siblings.
Mr. Brown is survived by a sister, Vera Smallwood of Atmore; three brothers, Hoover Brown of Atmore; Eugene Brown of Cleveland, Ohio; and Carl (Frances) Brown of Pensacola, Fla.; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Private graveside services were held Monday, April 13, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Mt. Shiloh Church Cemetery (Nokomis) with Rev. Dennis K. Stephens, officiating.

Alger Dale McGhee
Mr. Alger Dale McGhee, age 59, of Walnut Hill, Fla., passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2020 in Atmore, Ala. He was born to the late Alger Pent McGhee Jr. and Annice Ernestine Taylor McGhee in Atmore. He was a former grocery store employee for over twenty years and was a 1979 graduate of Escambia County High School. He was a member of the Poarch Creek Band of Indians. He was an employee of the Wind Creek Entertainment Center serving as manager. He was a member of Atmore First Assembly of God Church and an avid fan of The University of Alabama.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. McGhee is survived by his wife, Stephanie Stacey McGhee of Walnut Hill; his children Laura Ashlynn Clemmons of Gulf Shores, Ala., Andrew M. Clemmons and Megan T. McGhee, both of Walnut Hill and his extended family and many friends.
Out of consideration of others due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a private graveside service did commence with Pastor Don Davis officiating.
Pallbearers at the service were Danny Hall, Wayne Harris, Allen Sharpless, Ricky Fore, Keith Mitchell, and Ricky Dean.
After the health crisis is over, the family of Alger Dale McGhee will be having a Celebration of Life Service in his honor.

Mitzi Trent Fitzpatrick
Mrs. Mitzi Trent Fitzpatrick, age 82, of Daphne, Ala., passed away Friday, April 3, 2020 at her home after a short battle with cancer. She was born in Mobile, Ala. to the late Robert and Beatrice Trent. She was a 1955 graduate of Spotsylvania High School, Spotsylvania, Va. She was a 1956 graduate with an Associates of Business degree from Hufstetler Business College in Mobile, Ala. During her working career she was employed at Escambia Academy for 28 years serving as secretary, registrar and office manager. She worked tirelessly during fundraiser projects as well as class recruitment ventures. She was inducted into the Alabama Independent School Association Hall of Fame, Class of 2017
She was preceded in death by her husband of thirty-one years, James (Rudy) Fitzpatrick.
Mrs. Fitzpatrick is survived by two sons, James “Jay” (Tootie) Uriah Blacksher III of Gooding, Idaho, and Scott Fitzpatrick of Daphne; one daughter, Rebecca (William) Snyder of Auburn, Ala.; seven grandchildren, Cheyanna (Jimmy) Lierman, Savannah Snyder, Rachel Snyder, LauraBeth Fitzpatrick, Erin Fitzpatrick, Ella Fitzpatrick and Mary Scott Fitzpatrick; one great-grandchild, Tad Lierman.
Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
