In accordance with schedule LG-6-3-4 of the Alabama Department of Archives and History, the Escambia County Board of Education is providing notice to parents or former students that it intends to destroy out-of-date special education records. Inactive records of Escambia County Alabama Students that exited or withdrew prior to September 2014, will be destroyed according to state and federal guidelines on or after April 12, 2020.
