Atmore police were still looking Monday afternoon for the suspect who shot three people inside an Atmore gathering place early Sunday morning.
The shooting took place inside the Assembly Hall, which formerly operated as the Chick-A-Dee Club, located near the intersection of Ashley and Carver streets.
Police said the three victims, all males in their 30s or 40s, were taken by ambulance to Atmore Community Hospital, where one was treated and released and the other two airlifted to Mobile hospitals.
One of the victims is reportedly clinging to life, while the other is expected to make a full recovery.
More details will be posted to this site as they become available.
