On Wednesday, September 18, the Area Agency on Aging hosted Grandparents Appreciation Day at the Poarch Creek Indians Senior Center. The celebration included motivational speakers from the University of South Alabama and AARP of Mobile, Bingocize, information on caregiving and senior resources, lunch and special give-a-ways and door prizes.
