Arrest of school bus driver confirmed
Atmore Police Chief Chuck Brooks confirmed today (Wednesday May 2) that an Escambia County Schools bus driver was arrested this morning on a misdemeanor charge in connection with his physical accosting of a student on the bus. Brooks said Arthur “Bud” Lambeth, 75, was charged in Atmore Municipal Court with one count of simple harassment.
