This year, the Chamber is sponsoring a split-the-pot drawing with 100 tickets being sold for $100 each. Note that only 100 tickets will be sold. The drawing will be held the night of the banquet.

The deadline for nominations for Citizen of the Year, Lifetime Achievement Award, and the Business of the Year Award is Thursday, January 18, 5 p.m.

Nominations may be mailed to 137 North Main Street, Atmore, or emailed to director@atmorechamber.com. The winners will be announced at the banquet.

The Citizen of the Year award is designed to recognize an individual’s outstanding achievements and / or contributions to the community.

The Lifetime Achievement Award, established by the Chamber in 1996, recognizes citizens whose contributions over a lifetime have helped to positively shape the community. This award is presented at the discretion of the selection committee and is not necessarily given annually.
