Food drive
Classes at Rachel Patterson Elementary School held a food drive recently. Not only did the drive benefit the community but the class which collected the most food was treated to a pizza party. That honor went to Jessica Lockett’s kindergarten class which collected 100 cans of food. Collecting toys
Empowerment Tabernacle in Atmore took the lead again this year in the local Toys for Tots campaign. Students at Rachel Patterson Elementary School helped by donating toys for the drive. Pastor Darryl North and Deacon Jimmie Marshall picked up the boxes Thursday, December 17. Shiny new bikes
More than 40 students at Rachel Patterson Elementary School were selected to receive new bicycles that were delivered to the school Thursday, December 17. The bikes were a joint effort of Pastor Darryl North and the Atmore Police Department. Adults in the picture are at left, Loumeek White and Pastor North; at right, Principal Toya McMillian and Assistant Principal Keiana White.
