The Yellow Hat Society recently donated $500 to Pride of Atmore in the Take a Seat campaign for the Strand Theater. Recently, Escambia County Commissioner Scottie Stewart delivered a donation to Huxford Elementary School. Principal Leah Fuqua said the funds will be used to support students’ learning and teachers’ standard based instruction.
