Barnett, Young make Troy’s Chancellor’s List
Carson Barnett and Ziah Young of Atmore were named to the Troy University Chancellor’s List for the Fall Semester and Term 2 of the 2019/2020 academic year. Full-time undergraduate students who are registered for at least 12 semester hours and who earn a grade point average of 4.0 qualify for the Chancellor’s List. Turner, Whatley graduate from Troy University
Troy University recognizes students who completed the requirements for graduation during the Fall Semester and Term 2 of the 2019/2020 academic year. Students from Atmore who graduated are Chelsea Turner and Ariel Whatley. The Fall Semester includes graduates from the Troy, campus. Term 2 graduates include students at Troy’s campuses in Dothan, Phenix City and Montgomery, Ala., along with teaching sites outside of Alabama and online.

Taylor helps lead Cougars to twin victories

During the contest against Clarke Prep, Taylor scored 19 points to pave the way for the Cougars. Bryant Quimby struck for 14 points to supplement Taylor’s performance.
