Though the weather was dreadfully hot last week, that didn’t keep folks from celebrating the Fourth of July over a three-day period at Little River State Park.
The folks who brought the area Fire in the Field last fall brought Thunder in the Park July 4-6. Featured were Chris McDaniel, formerly with Confederate Railroad, and the Heaven Bound Mug Bogger driven by Terry Billings. In rounding out the family fun days, there were kids’ inflatables, fishing, swimming, food, fun, and fellowship.
