Willie Bernard Blackwell Mr. Willie Bernard Blackwell, age 82, passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2019 in Pensacola, Fla. He was a native of Excel, Ala., former resident of Conecuh Co, Ala., and had resided in McDavid, Fla. since 1978.
