Six Escambia Academy students were chosen to participate at the AISA All-Star football game Friday, November 30, at the Cramton Bowl in Montgomery. Elizabeth Mitchelle wins pageant

Special to Atmore News Elizabeth Mitchelle of Atmore was crowned the overall queen in the Sunburst Miss Merry Christmas pageant at Santa Rosa Mall Saturday, December 1. She will participate in semi-finals in Orlando Memorial Day weekend. If successful there, Elizabeth will advance to finals in Atlanta in August. Judging is based on beauty and personality.
