Linda Gale Weaver

Mrs. Linda Gale Weaver, age 56, passed away Monday, November 5, 2018 at her home in Perdido, Al a.

Mrs. Weaver was a native of Atmore, AL and had resided in Perdido, AL since 1994. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend to all. She was a member of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians and worked with the tribe for 34 years. She was of the Holiness Faith. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bob Weaver; father, Carl Ben Adams; grandmother, Linnie Presley Hayes; grandfather, Billy Hayes and two brothers, William Carl Adams and Michael Wayne Adams.

She is survived by her mother, Margaret Milstid of Atmore, AL; one daughter, Suzanna (Tim) Coleman of Perdido, AL; one step-son, Kevin Weaver of Robertsdale, AL; one brother, David E. (Marissa) Adams of Atmore, AL; four sisters, Brenda (John) Stephens of Uriah, AL, Linda (Travis) Hall of Frisco City, AL, Debora Helton of Atmore, AL and Michelle Milstid of Perdido, AL; eleven grandchildren, Dakota Lambeth, Tyler Lambeth, Nicholas Lambeth, Bret Lambeth, Waylon Bryars, Laci Gail Lambeth, Danelle Coleman, Catherine Coleman, Jessica Ketcherside, Braxton Weaver and Makayla Weaver and four greatgrandchildren, Cadence Ray, Joanie Ketcherside, Jaymie Ketcherside, and Savannah Grace Lambeth (Unborn).

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 9, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the Hall’s Fork Assembly of God with Rev. Wendell Hadley and Sis. Helen Stewart officiating.

Burial will follow at the Lottie Methodist Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Thursday, November 8, 2018 from 6:00 PM until service time at 10:00 AM at the Hall’s Fork Assembly of God.

Pallbearers will be Brad Adams, Ron Marshall, Travis Stephens, John Berry Stephens, Craig Helton, Cody Helton, Joshua Milstid and Corry Baggett.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jim Shivers, Mallory Cox, Wanda Byrne, Kent McGhee, Stephanie Bryan, Sandy Hollinger, Charlotte Meckel and Dewitt Carter.

Martha Jean Flowers

Mrs. Martha Jean Flowers, age 82, passed away Monday, November 5, 2018 in Bay Minette, Ala. She was a native of Auburn, Ala. and had resided in Nokomis, Ala. for the past sixty-two years. She was a member of the Nokomis Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Minnie Hank; father, William Jones; husband, Winston Flowers; two sons, Michael Flowers and John Flowers and one brother, Bubba Jones.

Mrs. Flowers is survived by two sons, Chuck Flowers of Silverhill, AL and Jim (Kim) Flowers of Nokomis, AL; one daughter, Janet (Majure) Prince of Mobile, AL; one brother, Lawrence Tenbensel of Spring, TX; one step-sister, Emma Graham of White Mountains, AZ; nine grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Becky Flowers of Atmore, AL and special sister-in-law, Janice Flowers of Atmore, AL.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Don Davis officiating. Burial will follow at the Nokomis Baptist Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday, November 8, 2018 from noon until service time at 2 p.m. at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Wayne Harrison, Blake Cunningham, Scotty Flowers, Randy McKinley, Tripp Dawson and Mark Spruill.
