The Atmore City Council meeting which would fall on Monday, May 28, Memorial Day, has been cancelled.
The Escambia County Commission will meet on Tuesday, May 29, 9 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers, rather than Monday, the 28th.
VFW Post 7016 and American Legion Post 90 will hold a Memorial Day observance Monday, May 28, 9 a.m., at the Veterans Monument in front of Atmore City Hall.
