Officials with Alabama Power have issued a warning that the company’s customers are the latest targets of phone scammers who try to bilk them out of their money. Grants available for nonprofits
Several representatives of local nonprofits met Friday, January 5, to learn about grants available from the Atmore Community Foundation (ACF), an affiliate of The Community Foundation of South Alabama. ACF was established in April 2017 to serve as a vehicle to receive donations and bequests to benefit the community in perpetuity.
