Officials of Escambia Academy have issued the following statement regarding the school’s administration:
“The Board of Directors of Escambia Academy has announced that Assistant Headmaster Hugh Fountain has been elevated to the position of Headmaster.
“Former Headmaster Wade Heigle resigned his post as headmaster, effective immediately.”
